This is a book that I took the entire second semester to accomplish. My idea was to make a "Guide to Being an Artist", which would basically be a spoof on the Art World. I tried to make the book look as professional and legitimate as possible, even adding a small re-appearing character to guide the reader and narrate. I wanted the book to look serious, but as soon as you begin reading it, it is filled to the brim with dry sarcastic humor. I created all the illustrations myself (plus 3 guest artist spots - not featured the in images shown) and could NOT stop giggling while drawing that overweight cat doing things. Here Are just a few pages from the inside, to get a taste.
